Collaborated with BGE to develop a new chatbot character identity. I led the design and illustration of the character, which, after several rounds of exploration, was finalized as an owl named Eli. Eli now serves as BGE's 24/7 AI-powered digital assistant, significantly enhancing the customer service experience. Visit BGE.com to Eli in action!

Smart Energy Shuttle

Led the design of the bus graphic for BGE's new fleet of heavy-duty electric shuttle buses. As Maryland’s largest utility, BGE's deployment of these buses makes it a pioneer in advancing the state’s transition to electric transportation and grid innovation. This project represented a key step in providing an efficient way to transport BGE employees between locations.
